On your lock face you should find a letter prefix (FR400), a letter suffix (100TA), both a prefix and suffix (C254A), letter between numbers (2RR50), or just number with no letters (123).

Sometimes key numbers get worn down. We recommend using a magnifying glass and flashlight. If that does not work, place a piece of paper over the key number and then shade over it with a soft pencil. You should be able to get a legible imprint of the key number.
