Return Policy

We guarantee every product that we sell.

If you are having any issues with your key or lock, please contact us. Our customer service department will make every effort to correct any issues you may have. In the event that a key or lock simply does not work, we will replace the returned item or issue a refund. Returned merchandise does require a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Returns will be accepted for 15 calendar days after issuance of the RA#. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless lost in transit. We do not cover any return shipping costs. Please email or call us within 15 calendar days of delivery for a RA #.
Order exchanges over $50 will require a new order to be placed. A 20% re-stocking or exchange fee may be applied. We can be reached at: -or- (877) 747-4539

Order has not arrived?

For US Post Office ~ Standard 1st Class Mail option. We have had excellent and quick service with the US Post office but realize that occasionally, packages do get lost. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. Typically our US Post Office shipments are received within 4 business days. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please call and we will send a replacement shipment.

Please keep in mind. If the address is entered incorrectly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. We reserve the right to charge a $3 return to sender fee if your package is returned as undeliverable.
